Vaughn is on a low-carb, low-fat, and high-fiber diet. He boxes 5-6 times per week and weightlifts 3-4 times per week to maintain his lean, muscular physique. Currently, he tries not to eat beef. Instead, he loads up on veggies, baked fish and baked chicken. In between meals, he snacks on trail mix, sugar-free popsicles, power bars and gatorade.
At the gym Vaughn does a variety of exercises:
1) 15-20 minute jump rope warm-up 2) bicep curls 4 sets of 10 reps 3) leg lifts 4 sets of 10 reps 4) bench press -- flat, incline, decline 4 sets of 10 reps 5) pull-ups 4 sets of 10 reps
At least twice per month, he has a "fat day," where he is allowed to endulge in pizza, fast food, candy bars and/or macaroni & cheese (his fav). All of his meals and snacks are eaten before 6:30pm.
In addition, he tries to limit his alcohol intake to special occasions ONLY.
